Welcome to thesunshineshop operated by Santushti Apparels Int. By accessing or using our website and services you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Terms
- By using our Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the platform under parental supervision.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Nature of Business
- thesunshineshop is a custom printing business.
- All products are made-to-order based on customer-provided designs text or selections.
- Due to customization products may vary slightly in color or finish.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Once the order is confirmed it is sent for processing/printing.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors fraud suspicion or stock issues.
4. Design Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of designs text size and details submitted.
- We are not responsible for errors such as:
- Spelling mistakes
- Low-quality images
- Incorrect design uploads
- By submitting designs you confirm that you have the legal rights to use them and they do not violate any copyright or trademark laws.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled:
- Within 2 hours of placing the order OR
- Before the printing process has started
- Once printing has begun cancellation is not allowed.
6. Refund & Exchange Policy
- Due to the customized nature of products returns are not accepted.
- If a product is defective damaged or misprinted the customer is eligible for an exchange only.
Important Rule:
✔ Exchange is mandatory before refund
- Refund will only be processed if:
- Replacement product is also defective OR
- Replacement is not possible
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and logistics.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss due to incorrect customer input
- Delays beyond our control
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content designs logos and materials are the property of thesunshineshop.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy
- Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
