Refund & Cancellation Policy – thesunshineshop
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from thesunshineshop operated by Santushti Apparels Int.
1. Nature of Products
All our products are custom-printed and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of printing we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong design selection by customer
- Incorrect size or details provided by customer
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted (different from approved design)
You are eligible for an exchange.
Exchange Process
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will verify the defect
Once approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost
3. Refund Policy (After Exchange Only)
We follow a replacement-first policy.
👉 Refunds will only be considered if:
- The replacement product is also defective OR
- We are unable to provide a replacement
Refund Process
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days after approval
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled:
- Within 2 hours of placing the order OR
- Before the printing process has started
Once the order is processed or printed cancellation is not allowed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized/printed products (unless defective)
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Minor color variation (due to screen vs print difference)
