Refund & Cancellation Policy – thesunshineshop

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from thesunshineshop operated by Santushti Apparels Int.




1. Nature of Products

All our products are custom-printed and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of printing we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong design selection by customer
  • Incorrect size or details provided by customer



2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted (different from approved design)

You are eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Our team will verify the defect

Once approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost



3. Refund Policy (After Exchange Only)

We follow a replacement-first policy.

👉 Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The replacement product is also defective OR
  • We are unable to provide a replacement

Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days after approval



4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled:

  • Within 2 hours of placing the order OR
  • Before the printing process has started

Once the order is processed or printed cancellation is not allowed.




5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized/printed products (unless defective)
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Minor color variation (due to screen vs print difference)
