All products are custom-made and printed on demand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched delivery usually takes:

3–7 business days across India

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Location

Courier partner delays

Unforeseen circumstances (weather strikes etc.)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive:

Tracking ID via SMS / Email

You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking system.


5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect address

Failed delivery attempts

If the order is returned due to incorrect details re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners delays can occur.

thesunshineshop is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

In case of lost shipments we will:

Investigate with the courier partner

Provide a resolution based on the outcome

7. Damaged Package in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Do not accept it if possible OR

Record a video while opening

Report the issue within 48 hours with proof.

Eligible cases will be covered under our Exchange Policy.


8. Partial Deliveries

In rare cases orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

You will be notified if this happens.
